Our client is a leading German alternative asset manager covering the mid-market. It has a successful and well-funded private equity fund and ambitious growth plans. There is a need to hire a Senior Investment Manager and Investment Manager to lead aspects of the transaction process, support the senior members of the investment team, and work on portfolio management. They would also take a leading role in increasing investments into secured lending programmes, helping the fund's ambitious growth plans in this area. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work on all aspects of the transaction process from origination, deal structuring, negotiation, execution, and portfolio management
• Assist Directors and other senior members of the investment team across a number of private equity vehicles
• Opportunity to be involved with all of the investment products across the group, and assist in fund raising when required
• Have a key role in building out a debt business 

YOUR PROFILE:

• For Senior Investment Managers - experience of investing in growth capital and mid-market private equity in Germany is essential. For Investment Managers - have exposure to growth capital and mid-market private equity as an investor or advisor
• Ability to lead deals with minimum supervision
• Strong technical ability and excellent attention to detail
• An understanding of debt terms
• Ability to assess the credit quality 
• Oxbridge educated or top academics from a leading academic instruction
• Excellent written and communicated English, allowing you the ability to write, present, and articulate flawlessly
